Farmdrop are delighted to have London Jam Factory on board. Based in Highbury they produce jams and preserves with half of the amount of sugar that other jams contain and with very interesting twists. You have to try Peach and Bay Leaves or Plum and Hazelnut Jam making breakfast a whole new experience, but don’t forget the simple classics like Raspberry or Mango Jam. They are proud to be very selective with the fruit they use so it’s no wonder why the jams are super tasty, and healthy!
Pierre-Louis Phelipot had the idea to start London Jam Factory a long time ago but preparing jams really started when his mother gave him her preserving pan that she’d bought from his favourite kitchen shop in Paris E. Dehillerin (worth a visit by the way!). In making jam, Pierre-Louis has discovered his love of fruits, their perfume, the colours, the contrasts between fruits and spices or herbs, and the combination of incongruous flavours and texture. He wanted to share this with his family, his friends and with you!
