Producer of the week: Bread Ahead

Matt Jones, founder of Flour Power and Justin Gellatly, formerly of St John’s Bakery, united to bring fine baking to the masses in their state of the art bakery in Borough Market. They bring Farmdrop delicious fresh Rye, Ciabatta and Sourdough bread. British baking is important to them and Matt and Justin plan to make it their mission to continue this tradition.

An appreciation and love of the wonderful world of artisan baking is something which everyone at Bread Ahead is passionate about. So much so they offer classes and workshops.
