If you’ve ever wondered what an assortment of vegetables carefully constructed into the London skyline would look like - well, wonder no more.

Veggie restaurant chain tibits have recreated intricate edible versions of every European city they have a branch in, including London, Zurch and Basel.

Looking for a way to highlight its commitment to and skill with fresh produce, they used 71 different vegetables, fruits, legumes and herbs to create the edible frescos. The shoot took five weeks to organise, and two to three days each to build and photograph each “city”.
