Producer of the week: Pig and Hay

Pig and Hay are a small South London based team specialising in gourmet scotch eggs & sausage rolls. In 2012, owner Hayley left her job working at a London cookery school to start up her own business in the thriving street food movement. Due to the popularity of her pork treats, Hayley explored ways to get her scotch eggs to a wider audience. Since then, and with special thanks to their first customer Brewdog, they’ve moved onto selling their goods in some of London’s best craft beer pubs and delis, and since November last year their goods can now be a part of your weekly grocery shop with Farmdrop.

Pig and Hay products are made fresh daily, using ethically sourced ingredients. Say goodbye to dry, flavourless supermarket scotch eggs, and hello to Pig and Hay’s delicious, gourmet treats!
