Product of the week: Spinach and Ricotta Tortelloni, £2.95

Filled with delicious spinach, soft ricotta cheese and Italian hard cheese in order to give it its distinctive flavour this tortelloni from La Tua is handmade in London. It only takes five minutes to cook and can be served with a light tomato sauce – La Tua Salsa Pomodoro – or the spicier Salsa Piccante, olive oil or pesto. Alternatively, try with a creamy parmesan sauce, a bunch of kale and toasted pine nuts.
