There is a Forgotten Password? link on the sign-in page: click on this, then enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email.
If you like to keep things fresh, you can also update your password after logging in: click on your name in the top right menu bar, then Settings. Scroll down a little, or click on Update Password and type in your new password.
Like the bugs in our fields, there are sometimes little bugs in our website that need to be fixed. If you’ve seen our pickle error page, try refreshing the page; this should do the trick, but if not, please drop us a line at [email protected]. It will really help us if you can tell us what you were looking at, clicking on, or trying to do when you encountered the issue - and if you can send a screen-grab, that’s great too.
