Fire up the bbq, or warm the grill.
If you're bbqing then double wrap the corn in foil. Alternatively pop the corn in their husks under a hot grill for 3 minutes each turn (3 turns) until the husks start to blacken.
Mix together the butter, lime juice, garlic, red chilli and salt & pepper.
When the corn has cooked peel back the husks and paint over the flavoured butter using a pastry brush. Leave to cool for a few minutes before tucking in with your hands!
