Bring 800ml water to the boil in a large saucepan with 1 tsp salt. Add the spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, red chilli, courgettes, spring onions and olive oil.
Simmer the pasta for 10 minutes, or until cooked with a bite, stirring frequently to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. Keep moving everything around whilst cooking. Divide into 4 pasta bowls and serve immediately.
