If you only have one pasta recipe in your repertoire let this be it. A healthy, hearty one-pot dinner on the table in 15 minutes (and no need to drain the water)!

Here's how you do it

  1. Bring 800ml water to the boil in a large saucepan with 1 tsp salt. Add the spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, red chilli, courgettes, spring onions and olive oil.

  2. Simmer the pasta for 10 minutes, or until cooked with a bite, stirring frequently to make sure nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan. Keep moving everything around whilst cooking. Divide into 4 pasta bowls and serve immediately.


  • 320g spaghetti
  • 200g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red chilli, diced
  • 1 small courgette, sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
