Horseradish Cream

Horseradish Cream

Serves pea 8 with leftovers Clock icon 10 minutes
Nothing says you know what you're doing on a Sunday more than making your own horseradish sauce. This is a million times better than anything you can get in a jar and takes minutes to make. The root will keep for weeks, you can shave the rest onto salads or pop into soups. It's also great for perking up a pie.
