These noodles celebrate our sustainably caught and beautifully fresh crab meat from off the South Devon Coast. The subtle zing of chilli, coriander and lime compliments the sweetness of the crab, without overpowering it. A quick and easy supper for two.

Here's how you do it
Boil the noodles in salted water for 9 minutes.
While the noodles are boiling, dice the red pepper and peel the ginger then finely chop, along with the garlic, chilli and coriander stalks (chop the leaves too and reserve for later).
Add a glug of oil to a frying pan or wok and fry all of the above on a medium heat.
Once the noodles are done, drain them and then add to the frying pan with the red pepper mix.
Stir through the crab meat, add the chopped coriander leaves, soy sauce and the zest and juice of 1/2 a lime. Check for seasoning, adding more lime or soy if necessary and serve.
