Here's how you do it

  1. Soak each sugar cube in the Angostura bitters, allowing 3 dashes per cube.
  2. Place each cube at the bottom of a champagne flute
  3. Add 35ml of Pear and Ginger Cordial to each glass
  4. Top with chilled prosecco and enjoy!

Garnish with rosemary and redcurrants, if you like.
