Overnight Oats with Apple, Hazelnut and Pomegranate

Serves pea 1 Clock icon 10 minutes (plus overnight soaking of oats)
Breakfast like a champion with these overnight oats. Leave them to soak the night before, then simply add the fruit and nuts in the morning. Dollop with some natural live yoghurt and you have yourself a nutritious breakfast that's bursting with flavour.

Here's how you do it

  1. Pour the oats into a bowl and cover with the oat milk. Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning, toast the hazelnuts in a dry pan and roughly chop.
  3. Scoop out the seeds from the pomegranate, grate the apple and roughly chop the apricots.
  4. Mix the soaked oats with the pomegranate seeds, hazelnuts, apricots and grated apple. Serve with a dollop of natural yoghurt.


  • 30g oats
  • 6 tablespoons oat milk
  • 30g hazelnuts
  • 1 apple
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 1/2 pomegranate
  • 1 tablespoon natural yoghurt
