The pièce de résistance of any good brunch party: The Bloody Mary. So simple to make, and easy to change to suit your tastes. It’s a classic for a reason. The Pickle House’s Bloody Mary mix is the perfect combo of tomato juice, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, and black and cayenne pepper. We’ve given ours an extra kick with a Padron pepper garnish and a sprinkle of chilli flakes.

Here's how you do it

  1. Stir the vodka together with The Pickle House Bloody Mary Mix.
  2. Divide between 4 highball glasses, each filled halfway with ice.
  3. For the Padron pepper garnish, heat the oil in a pan. Drop your peppers into the oil, turning until char marks begin to appear. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Stir through chilli flakes to taste.
  5. Garnish your Bloody Mary with the peppers.
