This will make a great accompaniment to any festive feast. It's simple to prepare (no peeling needed!) and works well as a side with any joint of meat.

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
  2. Wash and scrub the artichokes, to remove all dirt.
  3. Add the artichokes to a roasting tin with the rosemary, honey, hazelnuts, oil, salt and pepper. Stir to coat evenly, then roast for 30-40 minutes, until they are tender when poked with a knife.

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
