Grilled Salmon with Miso, Ginger and Sesame

A super quick and tasty way to cook salmon. Serve with Asian style greens and brown rice.

Here's how you do it

  1. Put the grill on to a high heat.
  2. Line a baking sheet with tin foil and place salmon fillets, skin-side down.
  3. Mix together in a bowl the miso, garlic, chilli, ginger, sesame oil and soya sauce.
  4. Brush the salmon all over with the miso marinade.
  5. Place under the grill for 6-8 minutes, until just cooked through. Sprinkle with spring onions and sesame seeds to serve.

Ingredients

  • 2 organic salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp white miso
  • 1 organic garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 organic red chilli, chopped
  • 1/2 inch organic ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 organic spring onion, sliced

What you'll need

  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
