Here's how you do it
Add all ingredients to blender and mix together.
Divide into 12 and roll into balls using the palm of your hand.
If adding a topping (we recommend ground pistachio, amaranth pops and desiccated coconut), sprinkle your toppings onto a board and roll your snack ball into it until all is covered.
