Cheesy Stuffed Mushrooms

Here's how you do it

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
  2. Mix together in a bowl the goat's cheese, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, garlic, thyme, sage, walnuts, salt and pepper.
  3. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and sprinkle the filling evenly into each one.
  4. Bake the mushrooms in oven for 10-12 minutes, until the breadcrumbs are lightly golden.

  • 8 flat mushrooms
  • 180g goat's cheese, crumbled
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 lemon, zest of
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 5g thyme, leaves picked
  • 3g sage, chopped
  • 100g walnuts, chopped
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
