You can use kombucha the same way you would a Champagne or apple cider vinegar, as a base for salad dressings, pickles and more. I like using JARR’s Passion Fruit Kombucha, but you can tailor the flavour depending on the salad. Serve this with raw celeriac matchsticks, salad leaves and toasted pecan or macadamia nuts or toss through noodles and stir-fry veg.

Here's how you do it
Whisk all the ingredients together until they emulsify together to form a dressing. Alternatively, add all the ingredients to a jam jar and give it a good shake to mix.
Adjust the sweetness to taste, then toss through your salad.
