Here's how you do it
Preheat the oven to 180℃.
Roast the pulled pork in a roasting tin for 30 minutes, then use a pair of forks to shred the meat.
Thinly slice the cabbage and red onion, peel the carrots into ribbons. Mix together with the mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the buns in half and toast in a dry pan.
Assemble each bun, with a tablespoon of chipotle ketchup spread on one side, followed by a heap of coleslaw and shredded pulled pork.
