By implementing sustainabiliy principles in our daily activities, with the help of new technologies, we gain the best indutry know-how and experience. Our actions contribute to the United Nations Sutainable Development Goals, which are in line with AUGA's vision and values. Today AUGA group’s sustainable farming model relies on the following three main practices. The closed-loop organic farming model aims to achieve synergies among different branches of agriculture and maximise the re-use of organic waste. Min-till technology is applied on 99% of the cultivated agricultural land, helping to prevent soil from erosion, protect biodiversity, and reduce fuel consumption, resulting in lower GHG emissions. Certified green energy produced from renewable sources and accounting for zero green-house gas emissions is used in all of production and administrative facilities.
