We, Gina & Luke, are the founders of Wild Fizz Kombucha. We live on a boat on the Regents canal and our brewery, or wild fizz HQ, is in North London. This is where we brew, bottle, label and kiss every bottle ourselves. We wanted to create a drink that would be something that we would drink every day ourselves (WE DO), as well as be tasty (IT IS), and organic and sustainable (we only use organic produce and our bottles and packaging is all recyclable and recycled where possible) It’s important to us to be excited by what we do, so we don’t consider this our job, but more of a lifestyle that we get to share with other people. Our background is in advertising and events, so for both of us this was a big steep learning curve. The last year, from inspiration to a bottle that we can hold in our hands has been a rollercoaster. Hard times and a lot of crying with crampy hands in a cold room tightening lids. But it’s been worth it, because every time someone comes up to us and tells us they like our kombucha, or that they feel it’s made them feel better, our heart skips a beat and we know it’s worth it. We can change the way we feel, in body and mind with the right thoughts and the right food. Love your gut - join our family of cultured friends. Kombucha is the future!
