Artisan Biscuits is family run bakery based in the Peak District. The business started 70 years ago, although the world has changed significantly, the bakery has continued to work in the traditional method and production hasn't changed much! For the last 50 years the bakery has had 2 head bakers. In 2009 Terry retired, leaving his understudy Paul to lead the ropes. Paul now sifts, weighs, mixes and works the dough in the same old fashioned way. The bronze rollers and biscuits moulding equipment's is still used today. Artisan Biscuits are a famous family run bakery, made by hand using quality UK ingredients.
