Mike enrolled the entire family, taking over the farm kitchen and his wife's larder, until he had perfected the recipe. We're proud to say that Dorset Blue Vinny is still made on the farm today, albeit no longer in the kitchen! In 2000, our operations were extended for The Dorset Blue Soup Co which was created by Emily Davies (Mike's daughter). Woodbridge is still a working farm and is run by Richard Davies (Mike's son). It's still very much a family business- there's never a dull moment!
