A micro-brewery based under the railway arches in South Bermondsey. Run by ex-chef Andy Smith and Andy Moffat. The pair met in 2009 when Smith was working in Parson’s Green and Moffat was head brewer at Redemption. Beers made by Partizan are influenced by Smith’s chef background and old revived recipes. Partizan Brewery will rarely brew the same beer twice, so you can always expect a lot of variety, from IPAs and Pale Ales with ever changing hop selections, to new styles of beers.
