After counting the bottles of shop bought sauce in our fridge one day, we decided a) our fridge was very full of sauce and b) we spent too much money on sauce. Maybe it was about time we tried making our own…So, we set about making our first batch of sauce. It turned out alright, and after a couple more goes, we realised we were quite good at making sauce and thought perhaps other people would like to try our wares. Over the next couple of months, we came up with recipes for nine of our favourite sauces in the whole world. Our sauces are made using great quality ingredients, without thickeners or stabilisers – absolutely no starches or gums. We don’t add water unless absolutely vital to the recipe, because… it doesn’t taste of anything! We think they taste great.
