Ross Bearman and Ross Whitmill have worked in the fine food industry for over 15 years, most notably at Le Petit Blanc, Malmaison, Paxton & Whitfield, and Peach Pub Company. They both share a passion for great British food, especially charcuterie, using traditional artisan methods. After spending 3 years producing award winning pate and terrines for everyone from Harrods to little independent delis, in 2015 they launched their own homemade curing kits - they've taken food lovers across the UK by storm!
