Chelsea Parsons set up Well + Happy after training in Kinesiology, learning about nutrition, food as medicine and how to cook with a naturopathic + Ayurvedic approach to food. Teaming that with being a complete chocaholic - Well + Happy was born!
Fusing our knowledge of nutrition with our chocolate addictions, we wanted to create a range, which is free from the nasty ingredients found in most high street brands. Our range of guilt-free and better for you chocolates are all loaded with functional and super foods. We dont use dairy, gluten or refined-sugar and always organic ingredients. Most generic chocolate bars contain synthetic oils, palm oil and soya lethicin - our bars are free from these and use only pure natural ingredients.
