The owner, Gianfranco Bianchini, in 2014 decide to build a brand new winery in Camino al Tagliamento. It is one of the few wineries in Europe completely carbon-free. The whole building is environmental friendly: solar panels and geothermic systems provide the whole energy needed. The great attention to the work in the vineyard and the presence of the cellar in the middle of the vineyards allows to avoid the use of sulphites in th wine. Wanting to create wines that are the expression of the Friuli area, and not to alter the uniqueness and individuality of these wines, aging in wood is excluded.
