For us, producing biltong began as a hobby. We wanted to create a snack which our friends and family would love to eat. Now we’ve created Marriott & Swales so you can enjoy it too. We take pride in the time and care that is spent producing our biltong and use only the best beef and five ingredients for each flavour. Combine this with our hands on approach to its production, from trimming the beef through to packaging the biltong and we can control both taste and quality – something which helps to achieve such a high quality product.
