A virtuous circle, allowing us to improve the soils and grow more delicious, sustainable food. Our cider is made from a mixture of traditional cider apples grown on our 4 acre orchard and the surplus garden apples brought to us from across Sussex. Our heritage wheat is a mixed landrace grown of locally-sourced heirloom seeds which help maintain genetic diversity. It is small-batch stoneground to wholewheat flour, which is full of flavour and great for bread making and baking.
