Initially bread was produced in the Clarke’s restaurant kitchen after service to supply the restaurant and the café, however as external demand grew the baking was moved to a nearby commercial unit and Sally Clarke Bakery was born. The emphasis has always been on using the best available ingredients to produce top quality baked goods. Traditional methods are used to produce all our products and our products do not contain any improvers or additives.
