Eaten Alive is all about flavour and fermentation. We make the very finest kimchi and krauts – all our products happen to be vegan, raw and full of beneficial bacteria, but most importantly they are absolutely delicious! Started by Pat and Glyn, two chefs, who met in a particularly quirky London kitchen and bonded over a shared love for all things fermented. Both of them have worked at every level of the food world, taking in top Michelin-starred kitchens, product development and even selling Japanese themed hotdogs to beardy East Londoners. Our West London kitchen is a hot-bed of fizzy creativity and our chefs, including Pat and Glyn, work tirelessly to ensure all of our experience and passion for flavour is inside every jar.
