We deliver these herbs with their roots on to enable optimum freshness and longevity. As they are still alive they need to be kept in 2cm water at room temperature until use.
Coriander can also be known as Chinese parsley due to its resemblance to the flat leaf variety. It is used liberally across multiple cultures and is a staple in the Farmdrop kitchen. Weight excludes roots.
Place in a vase/glass/whatever you have handy and keep alive by filling with 2cm of water as soon as possible. Keep this topped up and store at room temperature. As the plants are living they do not like being kept in the fridge.
