These pointed and light green leaves have an enchanting aniseed aroma with a sweetness that is perfectly balanced by a hint of spice. Use to flavour curry or for your very own Banh Mis. Weight excludes roots.


Storage Information

Place in a vase/glass/whatever you have handy and keep alive by filling with 2cm of water as soon as possible. Keep this topped up and store at room temperature. As the plants are living they do not like being kept in the fridge.

Infarm sets a new standard in farming as it requires 99.5% less space than soil-based agriculture, uses 95% less water, 90% less transport and zero chemical pesticides. Infarm was founded in Berlin in 2013 by Osnat Michaeli and the brothers Erez and Guy Galonska. Passionate to eat better, they were growing their own food, enjoying all the flavor and nutrients, without the chemical pesticides and transport kilometers.
