Padron peppers are the Russian roulette of Spanish gastronomy - some come hot, but most are deliciously sweet and incredibly moreish.
To cook this perfect tapas dish, add olive oil to a pan and heat, then add the peppers and cook until blistered. Finish off with a good sprinkling of sea salt and serve.
