This Moghul Empire inspired curry has succulent chunks of chicken, cooked in a creamy masala sauce with ground almonds, yoghurt & fresh coriander.


Chicken thigh meat, Tomatoes, yogurt, ground almonds, lemon juice, jaggery, tandoori powder (colour paprika extract, acidity regulator citric acid E330, Dried Garlic, Roasted cumin), fresh Coriander, ginger, garlic, fresh green chillies, rapeseed oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cassia bark, turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, cloves, bay leaf.

Cooking Instructions

ON THE HOB: If Frozen, defrost thoroughly. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat gently stirring occasionally until the food is piping hot. MICROWAVE 850W: Remove outer packaging, lift lid and place askew. • Frozen: Heat for 3 min 30 sec then stir, and stand for 1 min Heat for a further 3 min and 30 sec and stir. Stand for 1 min • Defrosted: Heat for 2 min 30 sec then stir. Heat for a further 2 min and stir. Stand for 1 min Ensure food is piping hot before serving CAUTION: Every care has been taken to remove whole spices but some may remain.

It is only passed when everyone has agreed and is portioned up and blast frozen and hand packed. The food is produced and cooked by happy cooks who love curry. We are keen to ensure that wastage is kept to a minimum and that all the fresh vegetable peelings are not wasted. At Bini Fine Foods, all the vegetable peelings are composted at Bini's home and used for her vegetable garden. All the plastic packaging containers are reusable and recycled. We are passionate about recycling our waste and will endeavour to do so throughout the cooking process. Bini is passionate about supporting the local business community. From sourcing the ingredients with local British companies in mind. Bini has hand picked each and every one and visited sites to ensure that the quality is to the standards she requires. We have an excellent relationship with external businesses who support Bini Fine Foods from her accountant, designer, printer, transportation distribution the full supply chain and is keen to bring jobs to the area.
