Graceburn is an English version of a Feta. Delicious on toast as a canape or with avocados for breakfast.
It's based on a Persian Feta recipe, and is a creamier version of Feta. A soft cows milk cheese marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Rapeseed Oil, Garlic, Thyme, Bay Leaf and Peppercorns.
