Inspired by Vietnam, made in our London kitchen with British organic hens, this is an aromatic, nourishing and fragrant broth perfect as a base to a noodle soup. Cooked low and slow in the traditional way. This ensures all the goodness and flavour is extracted from the whole chickens used to make it.

Phở or pho (pronounced fur) is a Vietnamese soup consisting of broth, rice noodles called bánh phở, a few herbs, and meat, primarily made with either beef (phở bò) or chicken (phở gà). Pho is a popular street food in Vietnam. Pho originated in the early 20th century in northern Vietnam, and was popularised throughout the rest of the world by refugees after the Vietnam War.

Cooking Instructions

You can simply add noodles, protein and vegetables of your choice to make a nourishing and fragrant noodle soup. Traditionally you'd serve this broth with rice noodles, shredded chicken, beansprouts, fresh mint, basil, and a squeeze of sriaracha chilli sauce.
