Description

A spicy, tomato based sauce, traditionally spooned over cubes of crisp, roasted potatoes to make the well known patatas bravas.


Brindisa says

With a pleasant warmth from the paprika it can also be used in marinades, adding a touch of heat and acidity.


Ingredients

Ground tomatoes (50%) (tomatoes, salt, citric acid), Navarrico piquillo peppers (red peppers, salt, citric acid), concentrated tomato (7%) (tomatoes, citric acid), onion, white wine vinegar, Brindisa extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, hot paprika, cayenne pepper.


Storage Information

Store at room temperature, once opened keep refrigerated and use in 1 week.

Cooking Instructions

To be used with diced potatoes in a dish such as; Patatas bravas. This is a dish native to Spain, often served as a tapa in bars. It typically consists of white potatoes that have been cut into irregular cubes of about two centimetres, then fried in oil and served warm with a spicy sauce.
