Burgess Farm says
Favoured by restaurants and growers alike, the firm creamy yellow fleshed tubers retain their colour and have a superb flavour, but won't disintegrate on cooking. As we come to the end of the UK hungry season our cold stores of last year's cop have run out and unfortunately this year's crop are not quite ready for harvest. As we want to give you salad potatoes all year round we are currently are importing these fully organic potatoes until mid July.
Storage Information
Waxy potatoes should be kept in a cool dark place (but not the fridge), preferably in a breathable sack or paper bag. New potatoes should be eaten within a few days.
Shelf Life
Minimum 4 days
