Flat leaf parsley is one of the most versatile and useful herbs in the kitchen - its light, clean flavour goes with pretty much every savoury ingredient imaginable.
Keep in the fridge for 4–5 days. Wash before use. For longer storage, parsley can be chopped and frozen in small containers or in ice-cube trays with a little water.
