Panettone is an Italian cake that is traditionally given to friends and family at Christmas. Originating in Milan it can now be found on every Italian table during the festive season. Our Apricot Panettone is a light, sweet cake filled with pieces of candied Apricot.
Delicious on it’s own with a glass of Prosecco or as a breakfast dish, toasted and topped with a fruit conserve.
