These berries have an almost tropical taste on first bite, but with a tart, dry finish. The seed has some bite but worth eating the whole fruit as it is packed full of nutrients.
These berries are packed with vitamin C - 6 times that of oranges. They also contain vitamin B2, E and potassium making them a real superfood. The flavour is very intense so a little goes a long way. These berries can be used to make jams and jellies
