We take Mediterranean almonds, with their skins left on for an extra nutty taste and roast them to intensify their flavour even more. We then stir them into our cocoa rich milk chocolate.

Organic raw cane sugar, organic almonds (23%), organic whole milk powder (19%), organic cocoa mass, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, organic vanilla extract. organic milk chocolate (78%):minimum cocoa solids 37%, minimum milk solids 24%.

In 1991 Craig was sent a sample of chocolate by a peanut supplier. Lifetime chocaholic Jo later discovered the chocolate unattended and promptly ate it.
