Like its Purple sibling, Pink Stem Radish is a thing of beauty. This daikon sprout variety gives a shock of pink in the stem and offers a wonderful pep of colour to any salad, but don’t think this is all about looks.
Deep earthy notes with a meaty and peppery kick. This robust herb is strong enough to take some heat and especially as an edible bed for grilled, sautéed or roasted vegetables. It also pairs well with sashimi, sushi and salads.
