Fresh oregano adds peppery bite & zing to dishes- particularly well suited to tomato based sauces.
We have some lovely herbs coming through at the moment: parsley, mint, thyme, oregano and garlic chives.
Keep fresh oregano in the fridge for 2–3 days. To dry, hang in a well ventilated, dry place; rub the leaves off and store them in an airtight container for up to a year.
