Dry cured unsmoked back bacon, delicious on its own or as ingredient in recipes. Produced from prime cuts of free range UK farmed organic pork this bacon is made in a traditional dry method by hand, cured for 10 days to give a proper bacon taste. No added water or phosphates so you get real bacon that does not produce white froth when cooked


British organic pork back (96%), sea salt*, organic sugar, Preservatives (Sodium nitrite*) *non -organic

Storage Information

Keep In original packaging and refrigerate. Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature before cooking

Minimum 5 days

Cooking Instructions

Grill or fry for 4-6 minutes turning occasionally. Ensure bacon is piping hot before serving.

Meet Helen Browning's


Helen knew from an early age that farming was for her, she told her father she wanted to be a ‘proper farmer’ aged just 9. In 1986 by the time she was 24 her father had passed the reins on to her and not long after, she began the journey converting Eastbrook Farm to organic. Helen says, “Of all the benefits I love about organic farming – the wildlife, the landscape, the delicious food – what motivates me more than anything is allowing our animals to have as good a life as possible. The biggest contribution I’ve made has been developing our organic pig systems. Very few pigs get the chance to feel the sun on their backs – so for me, my saddlebacks are very precious.”
