They say patience is a virtue and, if that’s the case, then Helen Browning is something of a BBQ saint. These organic Slow Cooked Salt & Pepper Ribs come lovingly slow cooked for you to finish off on your own grill. Just lay them out on the grill with a, “here’s some I made earlier” until heated through to the bone. Then just savour the succulent, lightly seasoned meat on these ribs. Helen might have started this rib-relay-race, but you’ll be taking home the prize.

Keep refrigerated below 5degrees. Once opened consume within 3 days.
Minimum 5 days
This product has been lovingly slow cooked, so you don't have to. Reheat in a preheated over at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes, until piping hot. If adding a sauce, remove form the overn after 15 minutes, cover with the sauce and return to the cooker for a further 5 minutes. Suitable for home freezing. If freezing do so on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost throughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
Helen knew from an early age that farming was for her, she told her father she wanted to be a ‘proper farmer’ aged just 9. In 1986 by the time she was 24 her father had passed the reins on to her and not long after, she began the journey converting Eastbrook Farm to organic. Helen says, “Of all the benefits I love about organic farming – the wildlife, the landscape, the delicious food – what motivates me more than anything is allowing our animals to have as good a life as possible.
