These sausages cook in 4 minutes, so are great a quick meal for kids or for a quick fry up breakfast. They are 96% pork, gluten free, and have a lovely spicy kick. These have recently won both Taste of the West silver and Great Taste awards in 2018
Organic pork, organic spices (ginger, cardamom, coriander, marjoram, nutmeg, mace, pepper, allspice), organic dextrose, organic maltodextrine.
Keep In original packaging and refrigerate. Remove from packaging and rest at room temperature before cooking

Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 4 minutes (from frozen allow 8 minutes on low-medium heat) turning once. Fry: Heat 10ml of oil in frying pan over a medium heat and fry for 5 minutes (from frozen allow 12 minutes on low heat) turning once. Simmer in very hot water for 5 minutes Grill Place under a pre-heated medium grill for 5 minutes (from frozen allow 12 minutes on low-medium heat) turning once. Can also be pan fried, BBQ etc.
