Our wholegrain British Quinoa is deliciously nutty and light. It's easy to cook and perfect for salads, as a side dish, in soups or for baking.
Packaging: Plant based cellophane, can be home composted, just remove the tape first!

Rinse, cover with 1.5-2 parts water of stock for each 1 part quinoa. Bring to the boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add more water if necessary. The grains will swell to 3-4 times their original size and become translucent.
